I came in here to see my sister after a horrible accident and they front desk receptionist on the ER section named Thomas did not properly inform us of the policy that it was only one visitor per day and then proceeded to let another visitor see the patient (without even id or confirmation of the person) therefore not allowing me to see her. I found out monday 6/19 that my baby did not have a heartbeat anymore. Obiously devastated by the loss of my child. Tonight 6/22 I went into the emergency room beacuse I was experiencing severe blood loss and labor pains that are very intence and on going. This was causing me so much pain that i was shaking uncontrollably and apparent by all I was having contractions as if i were giving birth. The emergency room was not an emergency room. ‏The service is very bad I never see anything like in hospitals.‏There is no nurse around to check on your loved ones.i had to go ask the front desk in lobby about my husband condition ever 2 hours that where i felt i need to make things clear to her bc she was rude to me i said you need to keep informe me about my husband.after 7 hours spend waiting doctor showed up for less than 1 mins said you can leave now. The women at the desk are lazy. I've asked for a blanket three times and each time I was blown off I had to walk up front and get the blanket after being neglected not to mention no one ever comes until an hour after calling for help. I blame the women at the desk not the nurses. Communication here is a joke. I will never use this hospital again !!!
