Dr. Bakula was attentive, precise and yet, still so friendly. He took great care of my issues and I will follow him wherever he ends up, after he leaves Huntingdon.
Rien a dire au niveau des médecins et infirmières mais les réceptionnistes/secrétaires offrent un très mauvais service. Aucun bonjour juste un comment je peut t’aider avec un ton déprimer. Elles se permettent d'évaluer si tu est assez important pour avoir un rendez-vous ou pas. Je me suis fait refuser un rendez-vous par une réceptionniste alors que c'était mon medecin de famille qui avais demander un rendez-vous de suivi. Elles mettent les appels en attente et continuent leurs discutions et a etre sur leurs téléphones.
Have always been very satisfied. I have been a patient of Dr. Djandji since she completed her residency and have never been let down. I am always able to get an appointment within a reasonable timeframe, even with other doctors or nurses when my doctor was on maternity leave. The receptionists deal with a variety of personalities and emotions every day and they do the best they can!
