This was one of the best patient experiences I’ve ever had! From check in to pre-op to PACU, everything & everyone were stellar. This is a busy clinic handling a large number of patients. Nonetheless, I felt cared for. Things were explained to me and questions encouraged. Nurses & techs were professional & positive. My wonderful Dr. Wolf saw me before & after my procedures. How nice! And - they have great music in the procedure room!
Great staff, easy and clear experience! Dr. Mathur answered all questions and gave clear plan. Pleasant nurses and front desk staff.
I tested positive for Covid on 1/12/23 for the first time during the pandemic. My exposure? A pre-op nurse at Medical Center Endoscopy who tested positive the day of my colonoscopy on 1/11/23 this week. I called my doctor the day after because I thought I was experiencing a post-op infection (fever, chills). The nurse called back with, “Didn’t someone call you earlier to let you know the pre-op nurse tested positive?” No, they didn’t. I’m really angry that this nurse and facility put my health and family’s health at risk.
Rudest front person.please take her off there and put her somewhere she doesn't interact with patients and family. A few other issues with this place but tldr, saving you the trouble.
