Dr. Anatole is very rude, condescending, and very very impatient. He has zero empathy for the sick and vulnerable, no manners and no etiquette. He will scream at you if he doesn't like your question concerning your own health. He will ask you to book another appointment for every little thing. If you have no health problems and just need a blood test requisition you will like this doctor very much, otherwise you are screwed. He pressures you to do the blood test in the private clinic downstairs, and he complains when you go ... read more
Very poor service, no sympathy, take long time to get see a doctor, supper slow inefficient, is this why less people there, I just late my appointment for 30 mins that I have re booked my appointment for following week or next month, it’s not make any sense, sometimes we wait for 1 hour or half an hour to see a doctor. Really disappointed this click in our city!!! Wish we could get a better service clinic.
Dr.Nguegno has been one of the best doctors that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Extremely helpful and understanding.
