Wonderful doctor
I am writing this on behalf of my grandmother. She got an MRI done in early May. She has called to get the results of the MRI and to see how to proceed because of her consistent knee pain. She was told that the doctor is busy with other patients and can not call back. So she waited a week and tried calling the doctor the following week. This has gone on for almost a month with the doctor still refusing to call her back to let her know how to proceed or even refer her to another doctor.
