Went to MC of WNY for pre op clearance. Will say the staff in Dr Paul’s office is amazing. Tara was cordial, friendly and over all start of a great visit. Had Dr Amanda to do my clearance, and haven’t say the most down to earth physician I’ve ever encountered. Highly recommend if you need to go
Had an appointment today at 3pm. Got a call saying I missed my appointment this morning when I had everything written down. Lady on the phone arguing with me, then says she don't want to talk to me because "I'm upset" you would be too lady!!! Claims I confirmed the appointment time but I NEVER received a text message. The woman I made the appointment with gave me the complete wrong address for their location so how the heck does this other woman know for a FACT that I'm wrong and she's right. Ive been to over 15 physical therapy locations. This has some of the best physical therapist ive worked with. The mentality isnt to give you cookie cutter exercises but to listen to you and your pains, create a personalized plan. Great stuff happens here
