Dr. Hepperle at MCA has been my PC for over 4 years now. Her and her staff have treated me with kindness and patience and even showed me they care more for the patient than the bottom line.
I love Dr. Banach and his nurse, Cathy—they are truly the best! I always feel like I am receiving top-notch care and highly recommend them as a general practice for the whole family. On a few occasions when I had a spur-of-the-moment need and Dr. Banach didn’t have an immediate opening, I saw their nurse practitioners, Zach and Tiffany. I would have absolutely no issues seeing either of them as a primary physician or a fill-in provider. Dr Banach is the best! He has been my and my family’s doctor for over 20 years. When you find a great doctor, you keep him! He is kind and he really cares. He has taken the time to know me and my family. He really listens and always treats with kindness and compassion. He also has a great staff. His nurse Cathy is awesome. She too is so very kind, compassionate and efficient. She always returns my calls and she treats her patients with dignity and respect. What a great medical team!!!
