I guess I am a little disappointed in Lama Nasry this morning. I had sent MedicalCareOne an email and I specifically said that this message was for Nadia.I specifically wrote: (THIS message is only for Nadia) Could Lama Nasry not have waited a bit to let Nadia respond? Hours wrong. Wasted time and energy :(
I was seen in less than 30 minutes being a walk in. I called ahead with a bit too many questions (I was very anxious), Ryan who worked the front desk was so kind and helpful! The Dr I saw was honestly the best urgent care Dr I have ever had. Great bedside manner and very helpful. Just a heads up there's no free parking close, it is downtown. There is a parking garage behind the building. Absolutely would recommend.
This urgent care provides excellent service! The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. I’ve never had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen; I’m always in and out within the hour. I highly recommend them for any urgent medical concerns.
Every time I come to this urgent care I am treated with the utmost care by all of the staff. I spend little to no time waiting and the staff is very friendly. The doctors and nurses are very experienced and knowledgeable and they are thorough in their examinations and treatment.
