Pretty horrible. Don’t waste your time or money coming to this place. Went in for a rash and told me it was hand foot and mouth disease and sent me on my way with nothing Went to the ER a day later with a horrible burning sensation all over my body and turns out it was a viral infection. Which they treated accordingly
My experience with this Urgent Care was by far the best compared to others I’ve been to in Ann Arbor. The service was fast and the staff and medical professionals were extremely kind and helpful.
Helpfully open later than most. The staff, nurses, doctors, are always very kind and helpful and willing to spend time explaining things. Been my go to for a while. 10/10
you are better off just staying home than coming to this urgent care. The doctor is not even a doctor, she is a PA. And she has to be young. Just straight out of school and misdiagnosing people. Told me I didn’t have anything yet I am sick as a dog, receiving treatment from a actual doctor. And don’t even get me started on the receptionist who couldn’t even mail my prescription to the right pharmacy. Genuinely take a uber somewhere else.
