Fantastic group of people that do their job. Helping people obtain a medical marijuana card. It takes a lot of patience to make it happen. In doing so, 90% of the work needs to be done by the individual. But that 10% is the most important by far. This company saved me over $200 in fees alone. Christy was very easy to talk to and she never responded in a negative way. I never felt judged by anyone. Always answered my calls and even reached out to let me know what was happening.

I completed my application with MCO at their Savoy office in August of last year, as of today (June 13) the state still has not received a complete application from them. The first application was rejected because MCO left out supporting documents. They assured me that a complete and accurate application was submitted in March. When I checked with the State I find out MCO never submitted the application in March. I would say I was disappointed with the service, but they have yet to provide any service.
