It is rare to find someone so patient and kind. Lia's understanding of the renewal process is unmatched. She can tell you exactly what needs to be done all over the phone. I felt supported throughout the entire process. Meeting with a physician for renewal was quick and easy. I'm 100% satisfied with this company and the staff and would recommend MCD.
