Long wait is not unusual at the Ultrasound office. The ignorance of the receptionists are compounding the problems. Went back twice with more info still couldn’t resolve the issue. End up going somewhere else.
I was there with an appointment for an ultrasound but I was never told I had to wait over half an hour. Many people came and got served right away. I felt like they ignored me. I went to reception and asked why, she said the others had to change while I don't need to. BS. Getting change is quick. Wished I never went to this location!
