There are no incentives, the management is not knowledgeable or personable. They lay people off without reason or notice of why. Moral is extremely low and the employees are NOT appreciated. You get told what you’re doing wrong constantly but never what you’ve done well. Very unorganized and unprofessional. The health benefits that they do offer are extremely unaffordable. There is absolutely no room for growth.
