I tried to contact the hospital directly via a review text they sent to me. However, the reply window would not work. From check in to discharge, there wasn’t one employee who acted as if they cared to be there or wanted to help us. I tried to use the comment QR code at the front desk, but it didn’t work either.

The staff took good care of me and got my medicine started which was very helpful and I’m very grateful for that BUT this was the most stressful environment I have ever had to “heal” in. I was in the unit for people dealing with depression and anxiety but they kept putting people in there that were aggressive. I did NOT feel safe here and at some point I decided to isolate in my room because the grown men screaming, pushing tables, and threatening each other were absolutely terrifying. Honestly, I wasn’t too sure if I’d made the right choice the first 24 hours, but I resolved to stick it out and follow the protocol and get rid of some of these prescription drugs. They were messing with me with my head with my body. They were running my marriage or at least causing grave difficulties.. my husband and I discussed it and I came in honestly if I ever get into a deep dark place again, I will return the medication protocols that were changed.
