New post It's been over a year now and i have been able to keep off the large amout of wieght that i first started this journey, I believe that without the help from Dr. Vala that i would have regained the wieght i started with. I am grateful for the help. After 3 months of care i have lost over 30 lbs and I am on my way to loose 30 more. I find the help and regular check ups keep me focused and on track. Dr. Vala's knowledge and mentorship has has provided me with the desire to keep going.

I was able to lose 70 lbs in a year thanks to Dr. Vala and his team! After my CABG, I had to make some lifestyle changes and I tried eating healthier on my own, but was unsuccessful at losing any weight. Under Dr. Vala, with his coaching and regular check-ins, as well as getting useful advice from his nutritionist, I was able to make better eating decisions and make huge progress in my weight loss.
