New post It's been over a year now and i have been able to keep off the large amout of wieght that i first started this journey, I believe that without the help from Dr. Vala that i would have regained the wieght i started with. I am grateful for the help. After 3 months of care i have lost over 30 lbs and I am on my way to loose 30 more. I find the help and regular check ups keep me focused and on track. Dr. Vala's knowledge and mentorship has has provided me with the desire to keep going.
