I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Vala. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and the appointment felt rushed. There was little to no explanation about my condition or treatment options, which left me feeling confused and dismissed. I expect more care and communication from a healthcare professional. I would not recommend this doctor based on my experience. Its just always the same thing book another appointment. I will not recommend it to anyone.
I was able to lose 70 lbs in a year thanks to Dr. Vala and his team! After my CABG, I had to make some lifestyle changes and I tried eating healthier on my own, but was unsuccessful at losing any weight. Under Dr. Vala, with his coaching and regular check-ins, as well as getting useful advice from his nutritionist, I was able to make better eating decisions and make huge progress in my weight loss. I could not have accomplished any of this without the help of Dr. Vala and his team!
Dr. Vala is the least interested in care for you, out of any possible doctor you could find in Canada. He will ultimately find a way to do nothing for you and refer you elsewhere to help yourself, and have the audacity to keep telling you to book appointments as he proceeds to teach you nothing. I’ve been seeing Dr. Vala for about a year and a half, and the results have been amazing — far beyond what I expected. Thanks to his support and guidance, I’ve lost weight in a healthy, sustainable way. He’s knowledgeable, caring, and truly dedicated to his patients. His follow-ups and encouragement have made a huge difference. I’m so grateful and highly recommend Dr. Vala and his wonderful team! 🌟
