My intial experience was very positive. But it has now been months of trying to get a call back. I have left voicemail, emails, even spoken to someone on the phone and was told they would return my call.. they did not. Very neglectful and hugely disappointed at what started as a positive experience. I was told I have been referred for a brain scan 6 months ago and I haven't heard a thing. I was told it will take around 3 months.
