I liked my first visit until I had to go into the other side which is pretty much a separate building for urgent care and I did not have a good experience, they didn't give me any medications for my bronchitis even though I was coughing up a lung while talking to her. I wasted my money and time going here. I'm convinced Doctors in this small town just hates their job, no excuse to not listen to your clients and try to help. And they send a bill every month even after you've paid.
I've had Amber Olsen as a doctor, she was nice the first time but the second time she became short and a bit rude, and the walk-in section is much worse, every doctor on THAT side are the rudest people you'd ever meet and they do not care about your sickness and will tell you anything just to get you out of there. I've never been to a place where they just talk and don't check you and send you out with no prescriptions to get better. Never going back.
Recently swapped providers after moving to the area. I have had the best experience with the NP and felt that she is very attentive with concerns. Unfortunately every appointment I have attended has been a wait time of an hour or more. This is simply ridiculous and is unacceptable. I often leave work early to attend these appointments. It is very frustrating that hours I could be working and making money but instead my time is spent waiting and waiting.
The staff is the best and Dr. Olson is awesome!
It's a medical clinic. I like the doctors, have had good experiences.
