The entire staff from front office to the aides, nurses, NPs, AND Dr Olsen are simply amazing. They truely care about their patients- period! I moved from Ohio(thank God!) and went to OSU medical there; this group of folks compares if not exceeds them. So glad of found this practice!
Went on Saturday January 25th for a sick visit, receptionist was nice at check-in, wait time was short and not too bad. Went to the back and did vitals and everything and the nurse asked me where I would like my prescriptions filled and I asked where was the best place to go since my usual pharmacy is not opened on the weekend so they suggested a few and so we decided to send them to Walmart on Hughes road so after my visit, I went to Walmart to get my prescriptions and they were not there! Was dreading coming to an urgent care during the spike of flu/covid season and on top of that being 6 months pregnant. Waited about 15 minutes in the lobby, tests were done for my symptoms while getting my vitals and was here less than 30 minutes. This will definitely be my go to place when I'm sick! 10/10 recommend.
Dr. Olsen is the best. She provides the kind of care everyone should demand for their healthcare. Used the Urgent Care one. Treatment was timely and accurate, putting on the road to recovery.
Dr. Amber Olsen is a true gem! Unfortunately, due to longstanding medical conditions, we've experienced a number of doctors over the years. But this young lady! Professional, knowledgeable, super personality, and confidant. Her staff as well. We highly recommend her if you're seeking a physician. Attentive and caring. She rocks!
