This review is based off of my father's experience today. Let me first say that Dr. Byne is a wonderful doctor and my father receives excellent care from him on every visit. However the young lady at the front desk was anything but professional. My father came to the window and waited and waited while the young lady was on her cell phone. He finally had to ask her was the doctor in for her to begin the check in process. At the end of the visit he communicated to her when Dr. Byne wanted him back at the office. I Love This facility, Dr.Byne is kind & Attentive to his patients & Cornelia is so Helpful & Sweet & it's never a long wait I'm always seen in good time . They make a great team!

I have to say how Thankful I am for the staff at Medical Associates in Keysville! My mother had fallen in November 2022 and fractured her hip. Months go by and my mom had gotten to the point of being bed ridden. I am the only care taker for my mom. I called the office in desperation and expressed how much help I needed. I expressed my moms needs. I couldn't take care of her by myself any longer.
