We went to this pediatrician because my son's original pediatrician was booked up for the entire week. I told them that he was coughing, had a bunch of congestion, throwing up, explosive diarrhea, and fever and was previously diagnosed with bronchitis. The doctor probably saw us for all of two minutes. When I mentioned that his class had been diagnosed with RSV strep and covid within the past couple of weeks , he said that there was no need to test for anything and that it was just asthma. It was better in the past but they ran Dr. Johnston off. Now none of the providers will take on children with ADHD. We had care established there and we were just dropped, no options. We have now taken our whole family to Ascension. The scheduling is so much easier and they do not make it seem like they are doing us a favor by seeing us. I am happy to drive an hour and a half for better care.
