The worse medical practice I've ever experienced. They keep you waiting for hours without no reasonable explanation. Staff don't speak good English to explain what's required. On your Insurance Plan it states Dr. Everold Haffizula & when you go there he tries to put with with an unknown Doctor (Prika?) who doesn't speak good English, no bedside manner, and you don't understand what he's saying. I’ve been to this office for about 20 years the wait time is crazy but my Dr Jason is a great doctor who cares about his patients and but today I had the worst experience with Dr chai this lady was so incredibly unprofessional rude and out of line I’ve seen her countless times never had said or done anything but joke around with her and she accused me of of talking down to her because I mentioned I’ve been trying for weeks to get an appointment but no one returned my call , she even continued as we walked out the room I the ... read more
I had a very poor experience at this office the owner and her son along with The staff was unprofessional and dismissive, and my concerns were not taken seriously. Appointments ran far behind schedule with no explanation other patients were also complaining the owner even threatened me with calling the police because I was inquiring about how much longer the wait would be I would not recommend this office and will be seeking care elsewhere.
