I love Dr. Jason and his care, but hate the office experience. Long waits often over an hour, receptionist seems overwhelmed, often no one answers the phone, thought the prompters tell you to continue to hold and that someone will be with you shortly. Referrals are not easy either. The office does offer many in office procedures that keep you from going to outside labs, such as EKG, Xray, allergy testing +, and that is helpful

I have been a patient of Dr Hafazula more than 26 years I have been through 2 major surgeries and other complications and always been treated appreciately. I wish I didn't have to spend pretty much 1/2 of the day before I can be seen however it's always worth the wait. Thank you Dr's and h is s hard working staff

The place is overbooked to the maximum. Its literally wall to wall people inside. No place to sit and all. It took me 10 minutes before I realized I wasn't standing in line to see the receptionist. It was just people standing around because there was room inside to wait. Guy next to me said he's been waiting for an hour. I starting getting claustrophobic so I left. Couldn't take it anymore. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely unacceptable experience. My elderly father had to fast for routine lab work and was left waiting for over an hour. Over 10 people standing because there weren't even enough chairs for patients. No one seemed concerned about the fact that elderly and fasting patients were forced to wait without a place to sit. This office clearly accepts more appointments than it can manage, showing complete disregard for patients' time and well-being.
