The place is overbooked to the maximum. Its literally wall to wall people inside. No place to sit and all. It took me 10 minutes before I realized I wasn't standing in line to see the receptionist. It was just people standing around because there was room inside to wait. Guy next to me said he's been waiting for an hour. I starting getting claustrophobic so I left. Couldn't take it anymore. ☆☆☆☆ Absolutely unacceptable experience. My elderly father had to fast for routine lab work and was left waiting for over an hour. Over 10 people standing because there weren't even enough chairs for patients. No one seemed concerned about the fact that elderly and fasting patients were forced to wait without a place to sit. This office clearly accepts more appointments than it can manage, showing complete disregard for patients' time and well-being. I’ve been to this Doctor’s office for over 22 years , Dr Jason Haffizulla is my Doctor he’s amazing knowledgeable and caring and takes the time out to make sure you’re being heard,and feeling better health wise now my entire family has chosen him as well the staff are amazing people as well as the other Doctors and the nurse Practitioner Katrina wright is so knowledgeable only thing is pack your patience at times you will be waiting but it will be well worth it, nearly every thing is done all under one roof and that’s a plus... read more
The worse medical practice I've ever experienced. They keep you waiting for hours without no reasonable explanation. Staff don't speak good English to explain what's required. On your Insurance Plan it states Dr. Everold Haffizula & when you go there he tries to put with with an unknown Doctor (Prika?) who doesn't speak good English, no bedside manner, and you don't understand what he's saying.
