I'm very disappointed with this practice. I needed to update an immunization for school, and asked if I could have it done here. The office manager said no, and that they wouldn't do it. I explained that my insurance would only cover it if I got it through my physician, however they didn't care. I would not recommend this practice, as they obviously do not care about preventative medicine.
Zero stars is more like it...Seeing all the negative comments about the customer service does not surprise me at all. My daughter, who attends university in the area, was seen in this office and Sarah at the front desk was rude and very unprofessional. My daughter gave Sarah her name (first and last) upon check-in and Sarah gave her the paper work for another patient with the same first name, different last name.
