I’ve had mixed experiences with doctors here (Schulman is good!), but want to shoutout Manny in the billing department for his patience and willingness to help solve outstanding claims!
I was blown away by my experience at Medical Associates of RI, East Providence, today. Every person I interacted with (3) was polite, helpful, organized, thorough, and kind. I didn’t get the name of the person at the reception desk—very sweet—but Sophia and Dr. Molina were awesome! They both took their time with me, asking questions, getting background info. And Dr. Molina was able to give me references for other doctors needed. I was very appreciative of the appointment.
