Great office and Dr Shaw has been very helpful
Receptionists and trying to book an appointment is horrible. Even trying to talk to a person is impossible you’re either put on hold or hung up on. If you’re lucky to get a person they then say call another day or have no clue. Incompetent and rude. They need to hire new staff or figure out a new telephone system. New update they have changed management and now have a new female doctor that is unprofessional and rude. Charges for basic things like prescription renewal which was not charged before. Terrible new doctors I wish my doctor didn’t retire .. i finished my appointment and realized the form wasn’t filled properly I told the receptionist that this new doctor dr Shah didn’t fill my forms for short term disability from work, she rushed through it didn’t even ask me about my symptoms or issues with my injury or how my pain was and didn’t even put a date next to her signature .. the receptionist went to ask her and came back looking like she wanted to cry telling me she won’t see me, not even to fix the problem on ... read more
2025.. What happened here? After Dr. Coman-wood retired I've had 4 different replacements and they're canceling vaccine appointments in office and carepoint is supposed to reach out and its been a week and nothing.. this place went to he** real quick. I was with Dr. Coman-wood for 35 years and I'm guessing that kind of caring compassionate doctor no longer exists.. disappointed! Gone downhill. Had dr Forbes, she was amazing. Replaced by Dr Faraz and he seemed ok. Apparently he’s now left and the new doctor replacing him (Dr Shah) isn’t even registered with CPSO. Dr Faraz signed off on a prescription for my mother last week, from where he is now living overseas … and he’s never met my mother. Is this even allowed under OHiP and college rules ?!
