Love Dr Ghani, front office is horrible. Cancelled appointment, then lied about sending notices via text and vm.
You repeatedly sent msgs to me to check in for my appointment, I get to the office, you LIED you've been trying to reach me to cancel because my Dr is out till Aug. Why couldn't you send me a message to tell me this without having to drive 38mins to the office? If that is not incompetency, tell me what it is. Yes, I am extremely upset and disappointed. What a poor service, that is.
Love the staff,and Virgil is the best! He is very attentive, and caring . He cares about you and your treatment, the office is great!
