This office was great!! Staff was very friendly, Dr Chen was very knowledgeable and put together a plan of action! I felt heard and hopeful leaving his office. 10/10 would recommend!!

New Patient Appt this morning was told to arrive 30 minutes early even though I brought completed paperwork in the day before because I work on the 4th floor. Arrived anyway to only be pulled back at 9 and still waiting in room at 9:50 NO NOTHING...I needed to leave because of no response from anyone updating on his arrival. I was actually warned about going to see him by several other staff menbers who refuses to go back because of his Bedside Manners and Nonchalant attitude. Waited 5 months for a 7 minute appointment with Dr. Chen who could not provide any guidance or treatment and seemed less than interested in helping. He did not read any of the referral information from the primary care doctor and didn't even know who his patient was coming into the room (me or my husband). He was very cold and in a hurry to move on to the next appointment. Also parking was a nightmare at the hospital. Highly recommend going somewhere else.
