Sad that I have to leave this review but whoever answered my call on 5/18/26 at 2pm was VERY RUDE, SARCASTIC AND CONDESCENDING. It seems as if that personality type loves to work around human beings. The doctor and nursing staff seemed awesome. They need a less nasty person representing them on the phone.

Dr. Powers and the staff are great. I never had any issues. She is my primary care Doctor. I see her every six months. The days of calling in and scheduling a sick appointment are gone. The family physician practice is a thing of the past. You can thank the affordable care act for the lack of a family physician. If I am sick I will go to the Northside clinic in Holly Springs. I never waited more than 30 minutes. The Doctors at the Northside Holly Spring clinic are great.
Dr. Powers and the front office are WONDERFUL!! Almost left the practice to find another PCP due to Dr. Blair-Watson, however, Star convinced me to try Dr Christina Powers. Great group of ladies!
