Overall, I had a very good experience using this practice. However, I quit seeing them after the gentleman behind the front desk made it very difficult for me to make and keep appointments. He's been rude multiple times when I was there for appointments. I understand it was my fault, but I had an appointment this morning at 7:00 that I thought was at 7:15. DREW, Front Desk answered the phone & scheduled “first available” appointment, checked me in promptly! ROSALYN, medical assistant, checked my weight, vital signs, completely reviewed in computer: all issues, including my current medications! My Provider, DR. KAYLA MILLER MD came right in, to assess and treat me! She has seen me only once before: NEW PATIENT VISIT IN APRIL! She is a great listener! Big thanks to the staff here at MANG: Drew is always kind and helpful. Kimmie and Marisol make me smile, laugh, and feel very comfortable. Then, Dr. Miller. I have never been more confident in a PCP. She not only listens, but makes me feel I am HEARD. We work together for my medical care as a team..and I know I don't have to navigate my health alone.
