My daughter is a patient with serious issues. She had blood work done December 3 and as of now her doctor/nurse, Joan Jones, has not responded to MULTIPLE phone requests for results. She's accessed her results through LabCorp & knows enough that she needs to see a rheumatologist, at least. This group DOES NOT care about it's patients. My daughter has been left hanging & is too polite in her requests for a call back. I'd never use a group this uncaring!!!
I’ve been going to this office since 2012 and usually I would see whoever is available, but I’ never have had more problems getting refills. Everyone passes the buck. It’s very very frustrating. I met with Joan Jones today and she was okay, but the staff except for Dee was miserable and unhelpful
Anisha Pittman is the absolute best she always listens and spends time with you. Also Deena @ the desk if so helpful and always is so nice and always makes sure i get the answers and help i need. I love this practice.
Time to find a new primary. I've been going to this location long before these people have been employed there(Decades). I miss having ONE Dr. They refuse to fill out my fmla and temp disability paperwork because they aren't treating me. I have a fractured T12, Lesion on my spinal cord and they wouldn't be able to treat me anyway cause I have to be tested for MS. All they will do is send me to specialists. Well I already saw some specalists but they won't go by what these specialists say( Stupid right?) Well I'm out of work ... read more
