Dr. Dierenfeldt and Nurse Rachel are amazing. BCBS Part D has denied providing the medication Dr. D. has ordered for me. I am appealing their denial and needed written information from the Dr. He sent a 5 (!) page letter explaining why the medication is necessary for me. Because of the roadblocks BCBS put up I sent multiple messages on MyChart. Nurse Rachel always answered promptly with everything I needed. Thank you to them and to SV.
I always have a great experience here! Very clean and modern facility, staff is caring and knowledgeable!
