If you are looking for a NP that gives you attitude for asking questions and is condescending then Amy Frank is your person . On a serious note don’t waste your time or money on this clinic .

The office staff at MAK is HORRIBLE. I have great faith in Dr. Noor but the staff is absolutely terrible. The office manager never returns a phone calls, the nurse line never answers and at times has taken over one week to call back. The staffing is bad. I understand about being short staffed but what I don’t understand is the lack of care and the down right avoidances by the entire team. This office is terrible, I’m on hold right now asking to be discharged from the practice. I’d say it’s better than an urgent care but it really isn’t. They routinely do not call in your prescriptions, wait times are beyond excessive and all around their staff turn over is unbelievable. Thursday I waited over 2 hours in a room to be seen. If you have any ability so go to another physician I’d highly suggest you do.
