Don't waste your time. I worked in with flu symptoms. Told the secretary my symptoms and stated that I wanted to get tested to know if i have Covid-19 or a flu. After waiting for an hour the doctor came to the room to tell me I can't be tested for either. I need to go to an emergency room or urgent care. Yet, I had to pay. After complaining to the office manager, I was told the doctor sent me a prescription at the pharmacy. I asked for what since he doesn't know what's wrong with me how could he prescribed me anything. Extremely disorganized to say the least. The women working at the front desk are rude and dismissive. You can hardly ever get a hold of anyone over the phone during their normal business hours. My primary care doctor never knows who I am, despite being a patient for over 5 years. I would strongly recommend finding another practice in the area. It's the responsibility of the physician to communicate with their patient, however, the mismanagement of this particular office seems to make that much more difficult than necessary.
I called in to make apt for physical as new patient. They told me I have to make two apt to do that as new patient. I have barely time for one apt.
