Was not happy. It takes 3 weeks to get them to enter info to the insurance company to get approval. They never call you to let you know if they called prescriptions in, you have to call and let messages,never get a hold of anyone. Not good if you have something serious going on.
Let me just say this. My husband went here to establish a primary care doctor and to get a referral for a pain and spine doctor - due to the fact that we just moved to the area. He took them all of his information. After a week we received a letter stating that they will not accept him as a patient. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING. HE HAS INSURANCE SO THAT CAN'T BE IT. IF YOU ARE NEW TO THE AREA I GUESS THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO TO!!
That is not their phone number...the correct number is 893-5568. Very frustrating to call a posted number only to find out you have been wasting precious time. Who checks the accuracy of a post anyhow?
