Never can get the medicine refills correct. There is a glitch in the system somewhere and the patient has to suffer because of this. The patient has trips scheduled and refills are required at which was requested at the 3 month visit. No refills have been given to the pharmacy and have been told they are 5 days behind. This is not satisfactory to the patient who depends on their medication from day to day. Something has to change or else patients will find somewhere else to seek medical attention.

The literal worst Doctor's Office I have ever experienced. Took months to get my mom who has dementia a new patient visit. She ran out of medicine waiting on this appointment and then the office closed, didn't call or text us to even let us know they weren't going to be open that morning and then when they called to get her rescheduled later on, they pushed her appointment out farther instead of making it a priority to get her in. Do not recommend this awful place. They do not care about their patients.
