I have no issue with the staff or doctors. My major complaint is the new call center. The frustration experienced with just trying to leave a message is unparalleled. After going through a virtual assistant which is annoying enough your are then connected to a call center employee who is obviously working from home, based on the sounds of fighting children in the background. Horrendous treatment of patients. I feel bad rating this as my actual doctor, Dr. Maizel, is wonderful and helpful. But the staff is beyond incompetent. I went in for allergy problems a while back. They ran some tests and one of which came back saying I absolutely have terrible asthma. Was immediately prescribed an inhaler. When I went back afterwards the doctor seemed confused by this and ran the test herself. Turns out staff just did the test very wrong and had me go out and buy an inhaler for absolutely no reason. Very poor. Didn't even get the Nurse Practitioner's name because he said he couldn't help me. I was in for a no fault check up. Had me down for a cardiology appointment which was wrong. Basically called me a drunk upon saying he just met me, so I walked out.
