The staff are lazy, rude, and the absolute worst. Called a week ago to get my med refilled, nothing. 3 calls today, nothing again. Whenever I talk to the doctor directly, he says he never gets their messages. Fire them all and replace them with literal chimpanzees, there would be a marked improvement.
