If I could give NO stars, I would. My doctor or 25 years joined Medical Associates of NY-Massapequa. Several months later, I called for an appointment and was told "Dr. Levitt has retired." They assigned me to another doctor. That doctor left a month later to go to their walk in urgent care unit. So I saw another doctor there. 2 months later, I found Dr. Levitt's new office. He had NOT retired as they told me. This is not a hair salon where you don't tell your "customers" where their hairdresser went. This is a medical pract... read more
Waited 3 months to make an appointment and drove out 2 hours from my location to find out my appointment was canceled because they don't accept my insurance. This is absolutely horrific, it's extremely irresponsible of them to not let me know ahead of time considering they already had all my information including my medical insurance information. What a joke highly unorganized... unprofessional judging by other reviews I'm not the only one. If you're looking for someone serious go elsewhere.
I don’t understand all the negative reviews. I made an appointment Friday and had my appointment that Monday. The staff was welcoming and helpful when I walked in. Dr. Gohil was so thorough and kind when examining me. Helped me out tremendously. I have found my new office!
