A horrible place that is now shutting down. Appointments and doctors are always changed on the fly and canceled. Good riddance.
When you call the office they place you on hold and never get back to you. And then after 10 minutes it disconnects you and you have to call again. Poor customer service!!
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service provided and I would not recommend this office to anyone. They have billed me out to multiple labs duplicate times; over $150 for a covered annual visit. These unforced errors should have been prevented, or at the very least communicated. I have tried to resolve the matter interally, but after multiple failed attemps it is clear that the office manager and staff do not prioritize customer service or resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. I have visited this office in the past for my prevention yearly visit. I implicitly asked that please do the procedure that covered by my insurance but they did the tests that not covered by my insurance to making money. And i end up getting $500 bill for doctor office for Yearly Prevention visit that should be free. So i will not recommend anyone to go to this place.
