My interactions with your staff seemed A1 generated, were poorly handled, without any care or concern for my expressed needs. Patients need docs, not bots.
Had an appointment scheduled for over a month that was canceled the day before due to the fact that the central booking office doesn’t even communicate with the doctors office you are going to until the week of your appointment. Then because I was frustrated and told the staff I’d be seeking care elsewhere due to how unacceptable I found this I received a message from Jennifer Buley an “administrator” telling me I am released from the practice because I told them I was leaving the practice. Over an hour wait in the waiting room. I was here 10 minutes before my appointment. I spent an additional 15-25 minutes in the examination room waiting. This office over books their patients. Do not come here if you want to be in and out. Absolutely ridiculous that an office in ran in such a way.
Called to schedule a second opinion with rheumatology and was told I require a referral. I have never experienced such a thing before. Congratulations on making healthcare more complicated and inaccessible!
My new patient experience was great! Upon arriving, I was greeted by someone kind at the front desk, who was eager to help me get set up. There was barely any wait to get called back into the exam room, and Erik Oatman, PA-C came into the exam room in a timely manner.
