Took my sister to the east campus this morning. Horrible experience. Horrible.my sister has cancer. Stopped at the check in desk. Radiology/Lab. The lady at the checkin . The lady that sits at the lower desk was so rude. We stood at the desk. She didn't even acknowledge us. Acted like she was busy. She wasn't. So we moved to the other lady. When we did the rude lady said. Who's next. She did this immediately when we move over. Rude,rude ,rude. So now I tell everyone I know about my experience.
