Been to this location twice. Haven’t had a problem that caused me to become irritated. Not perfect but good overall. Only thing is I would like more 1 on 1 with my doctor. I believe personal attention is failing now and days when it comes to this. I’m a busy professional as well but always make time for my contractors, clients, and colleagues. The people that pay your bills should come first. Even if you just stop and acknowledge the patient for a brief moment of time, it’ll make a huge difference.
NEVER GOING BACK HERE. If I could give no star, this would be my choice. I recently had a frustrating experience at this medical clinic that I feel compelled to share. My visit began poorly when the medical assistant allowed a residency student to draw my blood, which was unsuccessful. Afterward, she had to take over and redraw from a different arm. It’s a great place to get medical advice about the level that you would get from a Reddit post. Their customer service philosophy is about teaching you how to have patience. If that’s a spiritual journey, you feel like going on – this might be the place for you.
Super Disappointed with my visit. The initial visit was not bad. They were kind, responsive and helpful. They called me a couple days later with my blood work results. The woman who called could not answer a single question about what was going on, she just insisted I come in. WHY would I come all the way in and get charged an office visit for you to explain to me what my blood results are especially when I am being referred to a specialist.
