Amazing overall
Staff is short sighted and uninformed and rude. They saw someone before me that didn't even have an appointment. They said he didn't have an appointment yet and they would put him on the schedule even though there was no availability. So that will push everyone back that actually has an appointment
Dr Stine is fine, I do trust him with my heath issues but as owner he has to know his staff, not the nurses are awful. They are rude and blame being short staffed for continuing issues, also blaming their phone system. It just does not make sense that a good doctor lets his staff run off patients.
Been going here for years for very serious issues. Last time I saw Dr K was many years ago. I guess I’m not in the club anymore. Office continues to struggle with on hold times of 20 minutes or more. (Playing one song over and over again) and not consistent in their messaging. Off I go to find a Dr that pays attention to his practice from the phone call to the check out.
Been to this location twice. Haven’t had a problem that caused me to become irritated. Not perfect but good overall. Only thing is I would like more 1 on 1 with my doctor. I believe personal attention is failing now and days when it comes to this. I’m a busy professional as well but always make time for my contractors, clients, and colleagues. The people that pay your bills should come first. Even if you just stop and acknowledge the patient for a brief moment of time, it’ll make a huge difference.
