Disrespectful of patients time
My sister has been going here for 10 years. 10 years and has only needed yearly labs, for the most part.... occasionally went in for antibiotics for flu like stuff, but not anything else. Recently, she has been dealing with a serious medical issue and they had her get scans w an imaging company. They called her late the next day, after the redults of the scans and told her several big words that ppl in white coats know, perscribed her a med and then said... Amazing overall
Staff is short sighted and uninformed and rude. They saw someone before me that didn't even have an appointment. They said he didn't have an appointment yet and they would put him on the schedule even though there was no availability. So that will push everyone back that actually has an appointment
Dr Stine is fine, I do trust him with my heath issues but as owner he has to know his staff, not the nurses are awful. They are rude and blame being short staffed for continuing issues, also blaming their phone system. It just does not make sense that a good doctor lets his staff run off patients.
