I have not been here in over 25 years. I've been hearing good things since Mercy One took over. I checked in and got into my appointment within 3 minutes. A few minutes later Dr. Farrah came in he was one one the best Doctor's I've been to in years and so personable. I was so impressed with the care I recieved.
If you want people to lie to you call Mercyone north. They will tell you the doctor is in and out and they will send Devion a message but they don’t. Then another representative tells you the doctor the Preasher is only in on Monday only. I give up on anything they say. I’m glad I don’t have to depend on them to save my life!!
The receptionist named Rachel is unprofessional and unhelpful. I just needed to get my prescriptions sent to a different pharmacy and she couldn't be bothered.
