Just not the place you want to go. Dr instructed them to see me twice a week for 2 months but since I was "walking fine" the front desk lady only scheduled me 1 time a week. After a family emergency and a missed appointment, they took me off the schedule and told me I need another referral. I still haven't recovered from my surgery thanks to them not listening to the doctor but expecting me to have perfect attendance. Go elsewhere

Need to give numbers or leave name to be called to check in. Standing for 5 minutes to check in for disabled people is too long.

Excellent environment with professional staff. I feel so blessed to have Amanda as my therapist. She is a genius and an artist at her work which is exactly what I needed.

My first visit provided me with a better understanding of where my difficulties were and empowered me with the hope that I could participate in my own wellness. Couldn't be happier and looking forward to seeing improvements in my flexibility and strength. It was the best decision to visit the clinic and Matt Garrett was both professional and patient. He explained my situation so I could understand, and even discovered the unexpected.

The professional physical therapists at UNMH on Medical Arts NE have been very kind and educational as well as supportive during the several months I was rehabilitated post shoulder replacement. The environment is clean and friendly, appts were on time, and I received written follow up instructions as well as the tools I needed to complete at home exercises. I highly recommend this facility!
