Always take excellent care of us.
I drive across town to use this pharmacy even though there's a CVS within walking distance. One of my Rx's was written to be filled by a certain manufacturer, as it is the preferred generic. Medical Arts would order it for a few other customers and myself whereas the bigger pharmacies would not even consider doing so. The folks there have always been nice and it seems there is a more personal touch with them as an independent pharmacy. My husband and I used to use another pharmacy but we decided try Medical Arts Pharmacy last year since that's where our doctors appointments usually are. We've been so pleased. The service has been exceptional. We both have several doctors and numerous prescriptions. The staff keeps us on track with our refills and renewals. Communication has been excellent and the free friendly delivery service is appreciated as we are no longer driving. i. consider Medical Arts Pharmacy to be an important part of our health care team.
