Medical Arts Pharmacy provided a smooth and welcoming experience. The staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive, and they handled everything efficiently without making me feel rushed. I appreciated how easy it was to get assistance and have my questions answered. The professional service and friendly approach really stood out. I would definitely recommend Medical Arts Pharmacy to others.
Absolutely HORRIBLE with their billing. Please review your charges because they are not very good at updating your payments. They won't call you back if you have questions either, not even when you select option #3 (Billing Dept.). Tip: What I do is option #2 so someone answers the phone.
Clarinda is extremely rude. Every time a staff member at our group home will call, she always has an attitude. Please get more people like Lea who always provides excellent customer service
