If I could give zero stars I would. The last couple of times I've been here there has been no staff when the lab is supposed to be open. I called the number and get voice mail. Definitely looking for another lab that serves private pay clients for a reasonable amount, is open when they say they are, draws the correct labs, and gets the report to the doctor in a timely manner. It's too bad. This lab used to be great. Not so any more.

Never open when they say they are and my doctor asked I go somewhere else because it’s hard to get the results for them. Don’t waste your time!

Hours on the sign were taped over and written out to 830 am to 2 pm. I showed at 915 and no one was here. Called the number on the sign and was told that someone should be there in the next 30 minutes. At 955 am someone finally showed up and opened the door. I went in and 5 minutes later walked out with my blood drawn. I asked the tech why she had gotten there so late and she said that they don't get enough business to be open for that long each day.

Post it note changing open time till 8am so I decide to show up 8:20 OPPS my mistake they aren’t open! How can any legitimate business not be open ontime let alone 20 minutes after? I’m supposed to be be fasting or this blood work and I’ll admit I’m hungry so guess what? I’m not going! I’ll tell my DR to pick some place else or I just simply won’t get the blood work completed!

Just don't do it!! Lost my lab work twice. The "young lady" working there was more interested in her cell phone than anything else. Very sullen, no personality what so ever, and did I mention she was not wearing shoes, just socks? Guess that explains why no one is ever waiting. Totally disgusted! My Doctor 's had to re-order my lab tests, and I am going back to Quest.
