Dr. Caudill has a horrible bedside manner. After just 13 minutes for our initial (first) exam, she dismissed me. Never have I experienced this with a mental health professional.
Dr. Caudill made me cry. She was very cold, dismissive, and extremely rude. I have never had a healthcare provider speak to me the way she did. She refused to prescribe me 20mg of Fluoxetine, something that has significantly improved my life. After asking me if I was sexually active (yes) and on birth control (no), she said "so you're gonna get pregnant" which I clarified I was not actively trying. I scheduled an appointment with this provider on Teladoc for 1pm and I waited until 2:30pm before contacting Teladoc support. They couldn't really do anything or even cancel the appointment so I continued waiting until she cancelled it at 4:15pm. Complete waste of my time and now I have to scramble to see someone else to get my meds refilled. Really awful and disgusting way to treat people who need timely medication support. truly awful. this woman does not care about her patients at all. cancelled the appointment 40 minutes before with no notice. horrible especially for a psychiatrist who knows her patients may be having mental health issues. if I could give 0 stars I would
