My wife went in to pick up a CD of 3 medical images she had completed in the past 6 months. After calling the previous day and specifically requesting the exact images and dates completed......the completed CD was wrong. So we got to wait for the correct info. AND, after paying over $1000 out of our pocket for the imaging we had to pay $5 for a copy. Seems the images could be loaded in MyChart for MY access at anytime.
