I rely on other people for TRANSPORTATION. We live 30 minutes away from Asante‘s medical arts building. I needed to contact them and literally waited on the phone for hours. Tried several days in a row. They do not answer their phones. They just keep you on hold. And then it disconnects after several hours.
This is a good.place to get blood work they tend to be faster to get seen. I did have an issue last time they ladies were more concerned talking about their lives then their job.
If I could give less starts I would Talking to one of the receptionist trying to get a paper filled out so I can grieve the passing of my mother she starts busting up laughing talking about how some lady passed gas in the office so while I’m telling her about my moms death she is laughing and making jokes to where she can’t even think straight so she makes me an appointment that can’t be kept sad that people can act like a 2 year old and still be able to deal with dr appointments
