I called Dr. Barua every single week day for more than 3 months to make an appointment on behalf of someone. I left terrified messages, begged for call backs - even if only to tell me I wasn't going to ever speak to him. His secretary (or someone) changed the phone messages pretty frequently, always suggesting that they were there and did in fact answer the phone, which is very not true.
