I called Dr. Barua every single week day for more than 3 months to make an appointment on behalf of someone. I left terrified messages, begged for call backs - even if only to tell me I wasn't going to ever speak to him. His secretary (or someone) changed the phone messages pretty frequently, always suggesting that they were there and did in fact answer the phone, which is very not true. Dr Barua is a amazing doctor who cares about his patients and is thorough when it comes to your health, but he needs to get a new receptionist! She never picks up the phone, she doesn’t respond to emails or texts she is making the doctors job harder cause all his patients are mad at him because we can’t make appointments! if we leave a voicemail she doesn’t return the call, I was in for a appointment for 2 hours in the waiting room and in that time not once did she pick up the ringing phone; that a person came in to book a a... read more
