The best place for allergy care in the area. Very professional and efficient physicians and staff. They often take you in early if you arrive early for your shot appointments. I never had that experience at a medical facility before and I highly recommend them.

I arrived at Medical Arts Allergy at 8:30 AM for a 9:00 AM appointment but wasn’t taken back until around 9:20 AM. Prior to my visit, I did not receive any paperwork to complete, which was particularly frustrating as I am dyslexic. Instead, I was handed eight pages of forms to fill out on-site. Sending these forms in advance via mail, text, or portal—after confirming communication preferences—would have been much more considerate and accommodating, especially since I had not scheduled my support person to assist me. Overall it’s a fine place to get allergy shots. I have experienced a problem with rescheduling during the holidays, where it resulted in delaying my shots’ schedule. I understand that the holidays are busy but it should be better managed to not delay the health progress of a patient. And I had an instance where I was initially denied a room to change a child although there was a sign that read “…accommodation can be provided to change your child…” - after pointing out the sign I received a sigh and “I’ll go get the nurse” an... read more

This place is a joke!! All of Pinnacle Health is actually. They gave me a blood test to see what im allergic to because i couldnt stop the antihistamine for a week i was that bad with allergies. When they got the results, they told me i didnt have allergies when clearly i did because i had these same symptoms last year during pollen season!! Stay away from this place!!!!
