Don’t schedule patients for 0745 and then not even be open. Gus has happened MULTIPLE times now which is not only unprofessional and unorganized but also affects the person time scheduling an appointment for that time slot
The best place for allergy care in the area. Very professional and efficient physicians and staff. They often take you in early if you arrive early for your shot appointments. I never had that experience at a medical facility before and I highly recommend them.
I arrived at Medical Arts Allergy at 8:30 AM for a 9:00 AM appointment but wasn’t taken back until around 9:20 AM. Prior to my visit, I did not receive any paperwork to complete, which was particularly frustrating as I am dyslexic. Instead, I was handed eight pages of forms to fill out on-site. Sending these forms in advance via mail, text, or portal—after confirming communication preferences—would have been much more considerate and accommodating, especially since I had not scheduled my support person to assist me.
