They are mean or they don't speak English and they like to rush you so they can get off there phone. And another problem is I can't get my same driver but mas is giving me a hard time
I love this service. It’s convenient when you don’t have a car to get to all of your medical appointments.
These are some of the rudest people who seem like they try to do whatever they can to make hard situations even more difficult. The people over the phone were personally saying things about some of my mental traits and conditions and it was a horrible experience, because I do not even like the idea of having to use this service to begin with. but I really thought I would be getting help and assistance with this service.
