These are some of the rudest people who seem like they try to do whatever they can to make hard situations even more difficult. The people over the phone were personally saying things about some of my mental traits and conditions and it was a horrible experience, because I do not even like the idea of having to use this service to begin with. but I really thought I would be getting help and assistance with this service. I have only ever scheduled 2 rides, I scheduled the first transport 2 weeks in advance and the second transport 9 days in advance (they only require a 72 hour notice) I got confirmation numbers for both and I called 24 hours before both apts to confirm the transportation - they said all was good both times. The day of my apt comes and I’m waiting and waiting ~ NO ONE SHOWS UP BOTH TIMES!!!!!!!!!! My experience was horrendous. Seems like a bunch of rude, nasty and bored women on a power trip with nothing better to do than be disrespectful and then act shocked when you give it right back to them. They sabotaged my transportation to a crucial pre-surgical appointment 4 counties away. 15 calls later nothing was accomplished. Avoid them at all costs.
