Scheduled a trip for a medical appointment. They gave me a confirmation number. I called the morning of and they said the trip was cancelled since they tried to reach me and were unsuccessful. I scheduled the trip,received a confirmation number! Completely unacceptable!

The phone tree is usually very difficult to use for me anyway. Its a robot that can never hear me or doesn't recognize if i press a button it said to. It takes a while for the robot to go through address and prompts. I think thats bad business to kill human jobs and that human connection when patients call. I think anyone would rather speak with a person than fight with a robot. The employees that i do get to talk to are very helpful and kind. Bring back people to help people. You can afford it. i hate dealing with these people rides r canceled with out letting me kno it’s always hard to even talk to someone and when u do their use or unable to help

Office of the Medicaid Inspector General need to investigate & start auditing these ppl. These ppl don’t ever hold their cab companies accountable, cab drivers can cancel last minute & ghost you & get away with it. Customer service representatives act like you’re bothering them when you call in 😾. At this point throw 🚮 the whole company away frfr 😒.
