I spoke to the nastiest person today. She clearly doesn't like her job or something. Was extremely condescending and rude when I wanted clarification on what appointments can be booked the day before and which ones need 3 days notice. I still didn't get a clear answer and it's like she was taking her bad day out on customers. It must be horrible if you're sick and need assistance and you have people like this who you need to get help from.

If I could give negative stars I would. I am at my wit's end with this place and I will be calling the Dept of Health and the office of Disability Rights to file a complaint against them. A head on collision left me with a TBI and severe PTSD, plus I have spinal stenosis, and I have to go to a program every single day and I have been taking a medical cab to it for 11 years without incident until last year when I was told that the MAS nursing staff overrides my doctor and I was denied a cab & told I would receive a bus pass. ... read more

From a provider's office, I'd give this Medicaid service 0 stars if possible. The representatives who answer the phone are rude, there are constant errors when they book a trip for our patients, they overbook their drivers causing significant delays in drop off or pick up of patients for their appointments, they hang up on you when/if they don't want to deal with your request.
