Truly far, far worse than you'd ever expect any functioning company ever could be. Apparently all this year so far, there's been an issue with some of the transportation companies being overbooked, so they send the order back to MedAnswering, saying for them to reassign the ride to another provider, they can't take it. Rather than actually handle the issue and reassign the ride to another company or, in the worst case, cancel the ride and contact the patient telling them their ALREADY CONFIRMED ride can't be fulfilled, they ... read more
Over the past two months, EVERY ride I have scheduled has been sent back to MedAnswering by the transport provider to be re-assigned due to limited availability, and rather than reassigning the ride, MedAnswering drops the ball and cancels my ride outright with no notice. So I am left standing outside in subzero temps clueless, and my providers have me not showing up with no notice. I really wish you guys could do better, this is far worse than just not providing the service at all.
This place is garbage the only way to get a trip booked half the time is to have your Dr's office call and even my physical therapist it took them 3 days to schedule my appointments and they always sound like you are bothering them when you call i was told last week I couldn't book my ride for tomorrow Monday the 5th because they were only scheduling emergency visits,now how do you know that a week in advance now its Sunday night and im going to miss my appointment in the morning because they told me to call back at 7 in the... read more
This service is getting worse and worse try to call in the middle of a day on a Thursday for trips next week and they "cant do it because they are out of regular business hours" they said due to weather as u can see in the picture there is nothing wrong with the weather....so now im going to have to have my medical provider call and do it because it will be within 3 days and they can't get through half the time.
Service ALWAYS been trash here. And Issa shame cause people really need the service but the amount of times your late to ya appointment they just don’t show up …somebody need to investigate…and maybe that’s my next steps🤔 missing apts and being late means the doctors office can kick you from the practice. And we have no control over the drivers. EVEN WITH BOOKING IN ADVANCE!! It’s ALWAYS AN ISSUE WITH THIS SERVICE!! Stop playing on the fact that people need ya service
